I can't pick an absolute favorite, but are ones I can't live without: Tales of Symphonia, the Harvest Moon series, Eternal Sonata, the Final Fantasy series, and Kingdom Hearts 1 and 2.
All time favourite... Probably Legend of Zelda; Ocarina of Time. C:
At the moment, though, it's a tie between The World Ends With You, and Legend of Zelda; Twilight Princess.
Pokemon Gold/Silver. so many good memories. They only slightly beat Red/Blue because when they came out I had already played my Red/Blue games soo many times and was SO EXCITED for a new Pokemon game that they were just.. so awesome. Nothing will ever be able to compare again.
I can't choose between several of my games... I like the Fire Emblem series, Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter, Rocket Slime, Harvest Moon series, Baten Kaitos, and much, much more!
