Has there been a list created of all the monsters in RFF and what they do?(i.e. If and how they help out in your fields)

Alas, their RF2 page is not very comprehensive as of yet. But, a lot of games came out at once, so with luck they'll update in the future.

They do not have a nice and neat version for RF2 on Ranch Story, but Freyashawk always has very informative FAQs.

Each monster is listed, and if you look at "attribute" for each, you'll see what they do on the farm. For instance:

Minotaurs:

Minotaurs: 260 HP: A huge monster with a huge axe, but too big to make small
movements. Skill: Charging; Attribute: Darkness. Will clear wood from your
field. War Trophy: Hammer Piece. Found in the Palermo Shrine in the 2nd
Generation..
