elliot and julia?

i cant get their rival event to trigger! i did what it said and have kept going into their shop...
i've done all of this:
» Mirabelle's animal shop
» 6:00 am to 11:00 pm
» Any weather
» Julia (boy player) or Elliot (girl player) at a Black heart color
am i doing anything wrong?

Don't you have to have 1-2 hearts with the one that isn't available for marriage?
I suggest you try raising Julia's FP if you're a girl, and Eric's FP if you're a boy.

Mmm, sounds rumor-ish too me.
Vaughn has no effect on their relationship.
However, if you're a girl and
Elliot's heart meter is too high, you can't activate the event. Same with being a boy and having Julia's heart meter too high.

why would someone have an effect on another couples marriage?
if its to high, it would have an effect on sabrina and himself, but nobody else(except sabrina and yourself)
