Release Date?

Well I was reading about Harvest Moon on Wikipedia (harvest moon otaku..) and when I got to shining sun and friends this is part of the info it gave:
. I know Shinig Sun and Friends didn't come out in english then so.. Is summer 2009 correct?Release date(s) JP February 21, 2008
