I finished Rosalind's level nine quest and Kyle said "Things are getting pretty serious. I should talk to Max when he's in his room." Right about now for the other girls I have to that level, I was getting the proposal items, so I assumed that Max was going to give me Rosalind's.

... except when I went to Max's room after dark, he didn't have anything new or interesting to say, and it's been a week, and nothing has come up on the board ...

I had all the other girls' proposal items after rank 9, and Rosalind is my intended wife and I don't have it. Did I somehow break her?

I think Rosalind has to be at the full 10 lp before you can talk to Max about her proposal item. You'll also need 9 tomatoes to get it from him.
