Is it normal for the game to say this for weather in the Winter?

"This is tomorrow's forecast! It will be a pleasant early Spring day."

Yes, it is. Late winter is early spring. It's when the sun starts to shine again, the birds sing, the grass turns green, and where the animals begin to « Puppy Doodoo » out the kids again.

That's just what the meteorologist says when it's supposed to be a nice day the next.

Or maybe its just a plain old glitch, i dont mind though, as long as i know if there will be a storm or not tommorow, im fine.

It wouldn't be considered a glitch as more of a scripting error/typo.

A glitch is something that can mess up your game if activated.
A typo is an icorrect phrase or spelling error.
