seriously, this winter on your game, just clear your bag, make 8 Elli Leaves, only take your hammer and how, and get all the cursed tools in one. (the save and reload trick also works for tool locations, as long as it is there...) It will really help..
and then, with the left over Elli Leaves, get the Teleport Stone. :P

It's well worth it!!

i have 2 save files though, makes it harder.
I could still make a lot of money with multiple baskets without the stone, but it would be harder.

just do your trick thingy for getting the stairs, take elli leaves and you'll be fine :D

It's really worth it man!!

and the HM4 site will guide you through it as it has all the info you need...

And another thing, Elli leaves, they're so complicated, you have to burn this, and mix this, blah blah blah.

I just get 6 breads or flours, and go from left to right and use each utencil...
that way, you get 6 unique failures...

I'd just buy tons of bodigizer and turbojolt XL's. TO make it simpler.
too bad its not like DS, where each square in the rucksack can hld up to 99 of an item, and too bad you can't put anything in the basket, and take it out later.

in a way, HM FoMT seems like the Guinipig game to HMDS as DS has all of the missing features, but I guess that's the case for all games...The previous game doesn't have some features, and the next game has extra...
you're in the middle of it lol

In DS, the basket is almost useless, because the rucksack can hold a lot, but in this game the basket is important.

I have to harvest them all myself
I'll make a replica of my farm soon on the Farmland configurator thingy so you can see what mine's like (For some reason, it doesn't work on my Vista PC)

Oh, i hate it when i forget, i have to harvest as much as i can, i usually get the horse though, you can ship as much as you want with him, too bad you can't leave the farm without him :(

that's actually better than the basket coz u have to carry it to the box and then bk again ¬_¬

But the basket is still good, you can leave the farm with it, but it only holds 30 items :(

it does a goood job in terms of making the set amount each year on FoMT, so you can't really complain

It's really good in my opinion :P

Since it sucks compared to DS, i rarely use it anymore, i rely on crops.

I use it purely to get more money than I would normally get with crops/foraging/livestock ALONE!! lol
