I always wait for Red anyway.... Just to make sure you have full LP. (or as hish as possible anyway.... :D)

It doesn't hurt to try at orange, or when the girl just got a red heart, but she'll most likely accept if she has high LP.

That's what I was trying to say... (well sorta)
I figured that the longer she's had the Red heart, (and with you giving her gifts with the red heart), the more likely she is to accept...

Although, it's not really by choice.
I can't remember one time where a girl accepted at orange.

Obviously.
When a girl is at red, her LP can still go up, until its at 65,535, and the more points, the easier.

Has any1 ever got their blue feather at orange heart? Its really hard....I never accomplished it

yeah, I got the blue feather at Orange heart, but was unsuccessful proposing until red heart

Gotten their blue feather at orange heart? Everyone should have got it at orange, its available at the supermarket once you have someone at orange.
