Yeah, so you'd have more motivation to keep her LP up.
Also, (this is going to sound bad) you could sample all the women, and see who you like being married to the most.

Lol, imagine you go through all that work, to marry the Goddess, then a day after marriage, you decide to divorce.
I would just marry one and stay with her.

Divorce would certainly make the game more interesting. Though it would make it cooler if when you divorced, the whole town just didn't talk to you for a day or something. Everyone lost points with you, except for your leading other potential girl. Maybe her's could go back up, now that you were single.

I married Elli in my file. though i had considered mary as well, i think.

Well, if I had gone through all that work (I wouldn't of course, I'm way too much of an underachiever) to marry the Goddess, I would stay with her. Either that, or I would save her for last.

Back when I had first gotten the game, I thought you could divorce, so I spent months lowering Popuri's LP, only to be disappointed.
