I'm surprised everyone likes Espeon. I acutally don't have a preference of Eevee, I love them all, but Espeon is the only one I haven't made a party staple yet. If it poofs into an Umbreon instead though, I won't be upset.

Flareon is somewhat notorious for being the least useful Eeveelution becuase of it's poor movepool, but that's nothing a few nice TMs can't fix.

This is how I feel about Oddish and it's line. I don't have any real reason why, but if it's there, I HAVE to have one. I mean, I have a Vileplume keychain sitting next to my Giratina figurine, which will eventually sit between that and my equally awesome Ho-oh figurine. Heart Gold FTW.

Yeah, I figured that. Flareon isn't my favorite Eeveelution anyway, so that's why it's more of a 'if necessary' type of deal. Although Flying-types can just get rid of those Grass types as well as Fire, so I suppose it wouldn't be necessary for a Fire type. Togetic can learn one or two good Fire TMs, too, so I'm doubtful that I will end up using Flareon.

It's kind of sad that you can't get some Pokemon soon in Gold/Silver/Crystal, cause some I'd want on my team, but don't bother adding in because it seems like a waste to get it and use it only for like... a final battle and that's it.

Cause if you could do that, my team would be more like Feraligatr, Tyranitar, Skarmory, Sunflora, Houndoom, and Ampharos. There's just so many Johto Pokemon that I like that I'm so indecisive with choosing, especially in Silver. I already had to drop Tentacruel from my team cause of my want for only one Water-type.

I think in the end though, I'll just kind of let it flow and just catch whatever Pokemon come to me. I think I'll want to use Eevee, too, most likely as Espeon. Like you, Clover, I'd be fine with an Umbreon, because that's what I got in Silver.

One of the rare few who find Jolteon amazing.

I do like Jolteon, it's just I'd prefer Ampharos as my Electric-type on my team.

Oh wait, I like Vaporeon over Jolteon, too. Haha, but still, I do like Jolteon.

Hmm, I find it strange for me, I do like the Eevee evolutions, but I never used one before. Well, technically I did in version Red, I had a Jolteon, he wasn't very good at battling, but that's because I was around 7-8 and I didn't train properly like I do now.

My trademark Pokemon is Crobat, the first time I saw him in Silver version, was when I battled Elite Four Koga, my mouth dropped. Now to this very day, I always have a Crobat in my Pokemon teams, He's my favorite Pokemon! xD

My fav of the bunch is Leafeon now. ^^ But I do love Vaporeon too. <3 I'm working on raising one now.

do you think there will be a way to get a leafeon in this one? I mean in diamond, pearl and platinum you have to raise it near that rock in the forest.

I hate flying types

I start with the one that doesn't turn 'ugliest' in last stage :/ It's weird, that's usually the one I'm closest to but in Diamond, a starly was my second pokemon but my closest. He's the highest levelled and I've not once but him in the PC. Never.

My favourites are espeon and Umbreon. but I don't have a trade-mark pokemon really. Maybe a raichu? *shrugs*

Maybe they will let you use a leaf stone for Leafeon? I doubt it, maybe they will put a Moss rock in Ilex forest.

Or you'll have to trade back to D/P/Pl, just like to get Umbreon and Espeon on FRLG, you had to trade back to R/S/E to level them up in a game that had time.

I expect that to be more likely. In FRLG, they didn't let you get Pokemon outside of the Pokedex in the game until after you beat the Elite 4.

I assume (and kinda hope) that they do that in HGSS.

Tentacruel is my signature Pokemon, but not in Silver... quite sadly. I still get a Tentacool when you can catch it early on with that Old Rod, but after I get a full team of six, my poor Tentacruel isn't used after that.

I do like Feraligatr a tiny bit better than Tentacruel, but being as he's a starter Pokemon, he's obviously harder to get in games outside of the Johto one.

I'm quite excited for at leats the Japanese game to come out so that I can kinda plan my Pokemon ahead. Even though I think I'm sorted. XD
