« Mayor Thomas », people are so whiny. I see it here, too, just mainly on things Harvest Moon. Like names... I swear, I want to shoot myself when people complain about new names. But on-topic...

I'm just glad that this game is coming out. Even if it were to have things I don't like (I haven't really found anything yet) I wouldn't whine and moan about it because I'm just so excited for HGSS.

I quite like the new girl, but not as much as Crystal. It doesn't concern me too much because I won't be playing as a girl, but I do like the new girl, so I won't shoot myself everytime I see her.

the only complaint I have is the hat...but I hate hats XD

I could care less about names and such

I never hated the new girl I was just emo over no Crystal.
New girl has really grown on me though through various fanart and seeing her sprite and what not and official art.

I still stand in that I like the new girl more than Kris, down to the poofy hat. But I wonder why all players have to have some sort of hat (May had a bandana, but still)

This term's meaning eludes me, but judging by what you say after that is that your really sick of hearing people complain about all the differences. I'm going to use that nostalgia quote one day.

So like what starter are you guys gonna get?

I usually go for fire nearly all the time. Though I did end up beating Silver+Gold at least 3 times with all the starters(as a kid I had no life you see, not that has changed much)...

But still I always start with fire so this time I'll go with water maybe? Tododile~I like probably spelled that wrong.

I seem to have a fascination with water monsters, pokemon, digimon, etc. It's lulz worthy. In the end I usually choose fire as the starter for Pokemon though. Well I can understand though if it was Charmander cause he turns into Charizard and you can ttly fly on him and stuff.

New girls hat still makes me hungry cause it looks like a cream puff.

I'm probably going to start out with Cyndiquil. The fire types have always been my favorite starters except in R/S/E.

I'm getting both games
So in soulsilver I'll use cyndaquil, playing as the female
In heartgold I'm using chikorita, playing male

Hmm, I'm probably starting out with Cyndaquil, I just hope Falkner's Pidgey and Pidgeotto don't know Mud Slap in this game... Here's my team I plan to have, I'm probably going to drop my starter later on in the game.

It's very simular to my Pokemon Silver game, except I added a Magneton and a Vileplume, I like those two Pokemon!

Am I the only one who likes Bellossom over Vileplume? XD
