Efficient Farmland Configuration?
I think EVERY way for earning 100,000,000 G is very boring. There are 3 ways to earn so much money:HMM wrote:If you just keep doing the same things over and over again, the game will become very boring very fast, so thats why i just do what i feel like to do, instead of having a schedule.
- working on the farm (planting crops, having animals)
- mining
- fishing for pirate treasures and fish fossils
I'd chosen the 1st way. With my plan I needed about 10 real hours for 1 year (= 3,300,000 G). For earning the same money with mining I'd had to find 82 mythic stones (for shooting star) or 160 pink diamonds (for shooting star). I never find so many of them in 10 real hours. So I forgot mining.
I've tried with fishing for 5 years (until my first shooting star). I found about 300 pirate treasures but after this 5 years I hated fishing. I had enough of staring the whole time onto my GBA - that was really hard. And it took a lot of time.
I find fishing to be pretty fun, actually. It's a test of reflexes; something that doesn't come into play too often in Harvest Moon. I can understand where you're coming from with the boredom factor, but so long as I have a clear goal to work towards, it doesn't really affect me.
Of course, I just came into possession of Chrono Cross for the first time, so I'm putting my mission on hold, for now.
For those who are curious, I managed to get Sprites to be able to handle about half the field (with walking space) halfway through Spring before I stopped for CC. I had about 100k in hand and quite a few bags at the ready and planted. Probably would have had a good 300k by the time the season ended, good seed money to start my farm off.

I tried that, before i knew that there was only a king fish and « Cow Poopoo » there, i spent ten minutes of my time, fishing, getting the : :!: , pulling my line, and getting nothing.samurai goroh wrote:Well, there's the 9th floor of the Winter Mine...
