Is there a Bar?

Is there a Bar in this one like the past HM games? Or do they just have the Cafe and Diner like in IoH? It disappointed me that there wasn't one in IoH that's why I was hoping for there to be one in this game.

Too bad we don't have a bar there. That would be the perfect place for people who wanna have some fun :P
