Is there a Bar?

It'd be pretty cool if the bar was built in with the diner, just like some restaurants in real life. It would add another touch of realism to the game. And drunk villagers are always fun to observe. I haven't seen a blatantly drunk villager since HM SNES.

I can imagine a totally adorable scene where you get Shea drunk for the first time.
