Sure you can, this is from my FAQ
Code: Select all
Littering is a very important thing to avoid, in this section I will explain
how to avoid this & also what happens when you litter. Littering isn't just
throwing garbage, but it is throwing anything to the floor; next I will explain
the things that count & also the ones that doesn't count.
DO count as littering
- Throwing at houses that aren't any of yours.
- Throwing at the roads.
- Throwing at the sea.
Do NOT count as littering
- Throwing at the mines.
- Throwing at any of your houses.
- Throwing at any place from your farm.
- Throwing at the garbage can at the plaza.
- Eliminating the item from the bag.
When you litter, the affection of the townspeople will drop, each time you
litter will affect the same, here's exactly how much:
Girls: -500 points
Other: -5 points
NOTE: When you throw garbage, it will only affect the ones that are currently
on screen (or live in the house) & not just everybody.
Yeah thats one of the things im wondering about too, its weird, because most of the time no one is on the screen.Kallen158 wrote:I did not know that it would only affect the people on the screen. So if you were facing the sea, and you littered and no one but yourself was on the screen would it affect anyone?

It's on the area rather than on the screen. (inside of buildings are not included, they are handled separated)Kallen158 wrote:I did not know that it would only affect the people on the screen. I know, and your son doesnt even know what littering is, but littering on your farm is probably allowed, her hearts are probably falling because i dont give her gifts every day or something else.TheAcrobat7 wrote:Really? I didn't think it mattered on your farm...??
But anyways, I always Press A and B, hover over the item, press start, confirm and BOOM, it's gone. Safe and easy. Comes in particularly useful when you are fishing, both at the summer festivals for Treasure, and in general, so that you can get rid of boots, branches, fish bones etc, and save time. :D
