HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i just proposed to vaughn b/c chen sold me the blue feather but vaughn told me hes sorry but he doesnt want to settle down yet do i need to fill up his entire heart gauge to propose (i have 8 hearts filled in already) or does he just hate me please respond im so mad and desperate

10 hearts/red heart to get married. Anything else is not enough.

Well, there's your problem. Vaughn obviously isn't at a red heart yet, not at only 8 hearts. When his heart is red, at a little more than 10 hearts, then you can marry him. You also need to have seen his heart events, and upgraded the house and bought a husband's bed for him.

requirements:
-Upgrade your house to big
-Buy a Big bed
-Have him/her at red heart
-have all ten hearts
-watched all heart events
-unlocked all main villagers
-church people MUST be on island

when that's done, propose with a blue feather.

You have to have him to 10 hearts in the roster.

Make sure you have seen every heart event, and when you talk to him, a little red heart is beating in the corner.
