For the jewels that you get from exchanging 1000 medals and from spending x amount on Won:
Do you have to spend/exchange all at once? Or is it like,

Winter race: Exchange 500 medals
Fall race: Exchange 500 medals
Get jewel of truth
===========

Also, do you have to spend x amount at Won's shop in Zack's house or when he tries to sell you those lame apples??

No you have to give all at once.

And as for the x amount of money no. Those apples should appear once at the beginning of every season.
