I have a few questions
1. Is it a book or a video game?
2. Is it in English or just Japanese
3. If it is only in Japanese will it be coming out in English soon?
4. If it is coming out in English do you happen to know when?

It is a visual novel game for Japanese Mobile only. It's designed in Japanese, and it will not be released in English.
Disappointing, I know. D:

Well, if I wanna get anywhere, I guess I should at least have the gut to at least try and study Japanese with "My Japanese Coach".... @_@
