I think this is it! The website probably gave a direct translation, and because of different grammar, the words should be in a different order. So maybe

"He set off to the winery stronghold for a part-time job."

See what a little word rearranging can do?

It spelled the word "roll" wrong.

They accidentally put "dinner ROLE" instead of "dinner ROLL"
