Exact date is unknown. Natsume says sometime around fall, but don't be surprised if it turns into early winter.

Natsume is famously known to change release dates. They say Fall, watch it change in the last minute of course.

Then again, the longer we wait, the less glitches we get :/ But either way, we still get some but hell at least we can hope it wont come out as glitchy as HMDS

They have changed the date.

Frantic Farming is going to come out in August. SI will be released in fall or winter.

That explains why the IGN-related websites are all saying November of '09 and why Gamestop hasn't started preorders yet.

Darnit, I was really hoping to get it in August. But I guess I should have expected this. At least maybe it can be a birthday/Christmas present for me.

What I'm wondering is why Natsume isn't the one giving out the official dates and why some of us have to go search for an exact date from some third party, lol.

Usually they are right about the dates.
I got e-mail from them:

That is not the official street date but the game is schedule to be release in November.

IGN-related websites are saying about November, too.

Heh, November... almost 2 years between one version and second.
