Cliff and Ann

Does anyone know if it is possible to trigger the blue heart event between Cliff and Ann if Cliff already works at the Winery? I triggered the black heart event between them during the fall and since Cliff is no longer at the church as often is it still possible to trigger the blue heart event between them?
