I'd also like to add that I feel the BTN/FoMT/MFoMT versions of the cast to be entirely inferior to their 64 counterparts. Especially Rick, Harris, and Gotz/Vineyard Man. I don't exactly hate them... But if I had to pick who to save in a fire, it'd be an easy and a welcome choice.

I have more people I dislike, but the first one to come to mind is Maya from ToT/AP. I don't know if she's changed any in AP, but I find her personality shallow. I mean, they could make her talk about something other than food.
I don't know, I just think she's a badly developed character.

Celia, especially her HMDS clone, in AWL she had some personality, but in DS they managed to make her even more boring than she used to be D:
