You can drink as much wine or beer as you want and not act drunk.
Every building is within walking range of your house, so cars aren't necessary.

How is that better than real life? Unless you mean that you can still do hard work and it dosn't affect you while your preggers.

Also. I know spouses who do call their wifes/husbands « Baaaa *glomp* ». That's not really better either. lol.

I like how easy it is to cook good food. And you don't gain weight from eating too much of it.

=D These are funny. You can get drunk in Harvest Moon for N64... you go red and flop over. I don't remember if you actually faint from that, though...

I love petting wild animals in ToT and picking them up in other games, since in real life animals all hate me after 2 seconds. And I can't cook in real life but I can actually make edible food in HM. =3

I had Rock call me Master when I married him I also name our son Bolder. Rock - Bolder I thought it was funny.

You can throw grass, curry powder and rice into a pot and something edible comes out. Nothing edible every comes out of a kitchen I'm cooking in, in real life.

Bombard people with food they like and they fall in love
You always get something rare when you mine
You never get hurt
You never grow old
You don't need to eat
You don't need to bathe or other hygene filled tasks to look pretty
You can to talk to a « Harvest Goddess »
Elves sometimes help you with your work
Everyone can cook!
Time doesn't pass in certain areas.

But what I don't like about HM is that you don't get a break, no honeymoon, maternity leave, nothing!
