Sadly, it is not true.
You can woo her, and get her to a red heart I think. But she can't marry you because she's a nun.

I know, it's not fair. D; I expected it to be like in Sound of Music, when she'd get married anyway. But I'm pretty sure you're able to woo her, which is something anyway. Look on the bright side. ;D

Nah, I don't think so. The little witch child (haha, that came out weirdly) is actually the Witch Princess's neice I think? I'm not quite sure. But I don't think Shea and the Witch can get married. They stay rival-less.
Edit: Ah, darn. I didn't notice this was in the wrong section. I need to stop getting the two games confused. But no harm done. ;D It was a simple mistake I'm sure.

Wrong section.
Anyway, both WP and Shea are able to get married in IoH and SSaF, but neither of them have a rival, so if you don't marry them, they're all alone, I'm afraid.

You can see her heart events
You may get the thanksgiving gifts from her
You can spend the starry night festival with her
If you propose to her, she will tell you she loves you but cannot accept your blue feather.
Too bad. She would be a great wife.
