If you put an egg, such as an X egg, into the incubator, would it make a "better" (starts out with more affection, earns hearts faster, etc) chicken than an egg thats not as good as the X egg, like the small egg?

It would be cool if you can get a gold chicken (G egg) or a red chicken (X egg) That would be one of my main goals.

Haha! Don't you see those chickens at the chicken festival? Some them are gold, and i think theres a black one too.

Theres a gold chicken, if i didn't know better, i would have thought that chicken came from a golden egg.

Yeah its a one in 255 chance, very rare, and you'd expect it to produce a good chicken. But no.

Ya the chickens name that has an eyepatch is kellogg (guess the owner must be OBSESSED with cereal!! I KNOW I AM!! GO CAPTAIN CRUNCH!!) sry i got off the subject; i tend to do that. But that would be AWESOME if u could have a gold chicken!!!

Those are P eggs, something like 300 hours, iuonno. X eggs are eggs that come from P egg producing chickens. 1 in 255 chance, so rare that you must think it makes a really good chicken.

Exactly. I'd wondered the same thing. But do the hearts and product quality affect the sheep/cow your animal gives birth to?

Nope, it still retain and goes back to 0 hearts after it gets brought into this world. If it had hearts after being born from a ten heart cow that would be so nice.
