There's a list of those out in English for you.
Also a fun fact is that Tales of Destiny and Tales of Destiny II are in no way related. The name was changed to avoid a lawsuit with another company who was using Eternia in their game name at the time.

Any of the Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Games are great.

I agree with said above list. I haven't played Destiny yet, the game isn't exactly easy to come by. It's also the only tales game with wait time battle system. -sigh-

Other good RPG's:
Okami
Legend of Mana
Oblivion

And the Rune Factory games are the closest thing to Harvest Moon while being an RPG.
