f-hole which eb game is the same thing as game stop because on the site of eb game they see ecris game stop has quote and this the same site as game stop I ask question because to me it has no game stop just of eb game (i live in quebec)

If I understand your question correctly, EB Games and Gamestop are the same company. So you can pre-order it at EB and expect the same kind of service as you would a Gamestop.
To the previous question, as far as I'm aware of shipping is only in the US, but I could be wrong.
