I'm not married yet, but I'll just have Vaughn call me by my name (Nikki) because I don't see someone like him using pet names.
However, when I get married in DSC Skye will call me "Mayu-chan". (my name is Mayu, so...)

Really? Heh, my names not really Nikki, it's just my IoH character's name. I give each of my characters different names.
MFoMT: Naomi
MM: Terra
DSC: Mayu (Mayu-chan)
IoH: Nikki
AP: Tamiya

I'm not very creative with husband/wife names.
Normally just put Honey or Sugar and keep on playing. I've put Angel a couple times too....>_____>
In AWL I had Muffy call me ♥A♥J♥ just because.

I'm always Coco. Although I use Coconut if it fits, then my nick name would be Coco.

Well, I always just have my hubby call me a shortened nickname of what my charrie is called.
As for the wives, it depends. Some I make say "dear", others "honey/hunny".
