hello i would to know if when you pre order a game you have the game befor the realase date (10 november)? ex: i pre order my game today in 2 week 1 had my game

No, when you pre order a game you get it the day it comes out, but you have to go to like the store and reclaim it. And I didn't really understand your example :(

Also, you should start looking for the shops which send video games to Europe. Amazon and Gamestop don't. Videogamesplus and Play-Asia do but the games are more expensive there.

preordering is basically just reserving a copy for yourself. if you preorder at an actual store, it can give them an idea of how many they should order, or if theyre only getting say, 10 games, and you preorder you get top priority over someone who didnt preorder.
also some games come with perorder bonuses, so preordering will get you that -if- there is one.
preordering online is the same basic thing, but the game doesnt ship till the release date. so if somethings going to come out on tuesday, thats when they pop it in the mail.

unless employees make a mistake or theres glitch in the system, you dont get games before the release date, even if you preorder.
