I'd give Jin a Duskull. Not that it would particularly fit (Chancey), but just that I love Duskull so much. So adorable!

It would be so hilarious of Pierre had a Muchlax. He would be yelling at it every other minute for eating all his food. XD

Not all Pokemon have to match in personality. Like, I can see Luke's Riolu with a calm personality and getting annoyed by his trainer. XD

Nah Gabite for Jin Gabites scales can be used for medicine as for julius smoochum or maybe roserade lol lukee should have a monferno or something

Nina needs a Ledyba, obviously, and the Witch in AP would do well with a Glameow.

I always saw Roserade as sort of elegant or graceful or some junk like that. But you prove good points, Juli would do better with a Roserade, the Jynx >______> Well.... I think the Juli wouldn't get along all that well with it. I could imagine him having fights with it while going shopping or something.
