No.
He needs Roserade.
It's the only Pokemon camp enough to handle him.
They even pose alike!

I think the main farmer from any game would have a Bulbasaur, or Treeko.
All you have to do is put seeds in its bulb/feed it seeds and it could just use Bullet Seed!
I think it would save alot of time.

Mudkip also would be helpful. It would water the crops with a Water Gun.
Miltank would be fine too. She would give him/her some milk.

Its funny that two people would mention poochyena for Vaugh, because before I even read the posts I was thinking Vaughn would have a Mightyena.

he'd use it's claws to pick the locks
and use a combination of Maiden Chick Beam
and Pay Day to get away.
Like that one episode of Pokemon.
