Hi, I`m new here so nice to meet you all.

I have a question about Gotz, I`m in the 3rd year and I cannot get married because i dont have the second extension of the house and that is because Gotz doesnt want to work. He says he doesnt have "inspiration". I've tried everything but he never works again... what can I do?

Welcome Nat. Welcome.

Ah, you ignored him for too long. Start giving him things he like every day and eventually he'll begin working again. Nothing you can do until then really. Apples tend to work best since they're free in the Fall.

You must trigger an event with Gotz. For this event you must be good friend with him (your friendship is definitely high enough when you can go into his house BEFORE 7 am. But perhaps you can trigger it before).

When your friendship is high enough you have to go into his house on a sunny day (not in summer) after 1 pm. You'll see a short scene with Gotz. He tells you that he'll work for you again.

So, does the Gotz Foul Mood event happen only when you aren't friends with him, or does it just randomly happen anyway?

The Gotz foul mood happens when you aren't friends with him. Ignoring the villagers actually comes back to haunt you.

I thought it could happen randomly?
Well, maybe its more likely to happen if you have him with low FP.

Triggering the "Gotz bad mood" event:
- no friendship with Gotz (in his house he must say something like "Don't mind me, I'm rude to everyone. Living alone in the moutains ...")
- at least in year 3 (I think so but I'm not sure with this requirement)
- Go into his house on a sunny day in summer at 1 pm or later

Sweet, thank you.
I'll be sure to avoid these. xD

Why should he need inspiration? Harris should give him all the "inspiration" he needs. *hinthint*

Yes, I've been here for 3 years, I believe, so it is no miracle that I have a dirty mind. Read some of the topics here, and you'll know what I mean.

On Topic: I've heard that several people have had a hard time getting Gotz his inspiration back. Once he falls, it is as hard as heck to get him back up again. So good luck.
