Hm...I don't know, but I bet if they had to show one, they would show your kid since that seems to be a pretty important deal in the game. Not that your birthday isn't important either, but it hasn't happened to me and I'm not that far so I don't know. *shrugs* I hope whatever happens makes you happy!

There is always the possibility that the birth will be moved to the next day, or something else such as your birthday not being celebrated that year since the birthing scene will happen in which you move onto the next day. Anyhow I have also heard that when you and your wife share a birthday you celebrate yours and then can exit the house and reenter to celebrate hers. It may be the same with the kid's day once it is born.

Anyhow, only time will tell so keep us in the loop. I'd like to know what happens actually. Best of luck dude.
