Well I've only played RF1 and RF2 for the DS, but by far the most interesting girl to me was Rosalind.
Oddly enough before RF2 came out and all we saw were the images I thought she was going to be another spoiled snobby rich girl. As it turned out she had the best lines and background of any girl. Even her post marriage dialog was interesting and funny. Throw in her brother Max and they're great together.
Second place would go to Melody. Mainly because I really like pink hair. Her story wasn't any better than anyone elses in RF1 and she became a zombie wife like everyone else in RF1 after marrage.

After some thought, I think I'll go with Selphy
Quiting myself, reasons are
My fav is definitely Selphy, since i can see related myself to her (and Drop, actually) a bit more than any other girls, esp craziness part, and i tend to love character who's similar with me in many aspects *narcissism alert* xD
Then she's voiced by my fav seiyuu (Orikasa Fumiko), and she crosses the shy or calm librarian stereotype ever, not only in HM or RFF world
She's loud, but you still can see a reserved and serious qualities inside her
Not to mention even regarding her background and social status, she definitely doesnt act like one from that group, if it's not acting like an opposite, and not really in stereotypical rebellious act to aim for the freedom
That makes me wonder how her family handle with her, it'll be fun to write a fic about her earlier life perhaps xD
And the last one, she's very pretty and love her hair and hat
2nd fav is Yue, i've written a long reasoning about it as well, but too lazy to find it xD

I don't think too much into the character. I generally go with which on I like better myself. I don't like to study the personality's much. D:

Hmmm its kinda a hard pick for me but i would say Mist
Mist is so cute! She so silly kinda reminds me of Misa from death note

I think my fave (so far, without including RF3 of course) would be Rosetta.
I always tend to like the girl who is most like me in the end. And aside from looks, there isn't much different between us.
She's tomboyish, opinionated, sneaky, clever, slightly flirtatious, sort of bossy, and embarrasses/blushes easily. She's straight-forward and doesn't care what other people think about her.
I also think she and Raguna have good chemistry.
Bianca, Alicia, Julia, Felicity, Mei, and Juni all come in a close second.

In all, it'd have to be Bianca.
She's rich, snooty, « Baaaa *glomp* », rude, a smart « Mr.Gourmet's hat », and mean sometimes. But she makes me lol and I love how sweet she can be deep down, and I can't help but fall for that
But strictly per game wise...
RF1: (Bianca,) Sharron and Mei
RF2: Alicia, Julia, and Yue
RFF: (Bianca,) Eunice, Rosetta and Selphy
I'd lvoe to say some RF3 gals...but since I barely know them, I won't.

I love so many of the girls, it's hard to choose. ]: Have to go for Mist though, shes so random and cute.
Iris is a close second.

Yue Yue Yue.
I fell in love with her when I first saw her.
I must be shallow first and say that she is oh so hot. -shot-
But really, she's adorable.
And she's just so sweet, personality-wise.
She has that politeness and strong, business-woman front. She doesn't push herself onto you, but bleh.
She's just awesome, kk?

I think Touna could become another favorite of mine though.

I knew you'd say that. Dorothy is a total sweetie. She's shy but different from the other shy girls.
I like the looks of Touna too. And the elf girl and Ion. The whole game looks fun actually haha x0
