i just pick this game recently after i haven't played it for so long.
then, i just suddenly want to finish this game to 100% achievement.
actually i don't want to cheat at all, but i need one for this case :\
i need cheat to get all connectivity stars and valley visitors (van and ruby), do anyone know some?
i don't have ANWL, and the game isn't available in my country anymore.
any help would be appreciated...

There are no cheats to get Van and Lu to come to your town.
Since their being there is so closely linked to being connected to AnWL, I don't think it would be possible tocheat to get them there, anyway.
There is a cheat to get the Seaside Cottage (which is the reward for full connectivity with AWL/AnWL) in FoMT, but I don't remember it and it wouldn't be much use to you anyway.
I'm afraid that you'll just have to complete the game without the AnWL connection.
