Sorry if this is a repeat, but I did search pretty thoroughly for this info.

1. Can you grow mushrooms like in IoH? If so, are the logs on the mushroom island or on your farm?

2. I know that you have to ship 30 mushrooms to get the pig, but once you do that how do you get it? Is there an event?

3. And the cat? The dog and the horse? If there is an event, what is it and how do you trigger it?

4. I know there are wonderful shards, which when you connect 7 you get a purple wonderful, and full wonderfuls.
4a. When do you get the shards and when do you get the wonderfuls? I read at this topic that you can get wonderfuls(or are they the shards?) by winning a farm-related festival, mining to floor 255, and at the starry night festival after you've had a son or daughter(do they have to be grown?)
4b. Can you get them at Chen's shop too? Shards or Full Ones? If so, can you use the same trick to get them (by raising the farm points) as in IoH?

5. Is the fruit tree system the same as in IoH? If not, is it similar? And what are the differences?

Another Question!
In a topic it said that you don't have to grow wheat, rice, soy and the rest of those grains. But in another topic it said there was an island for growing rice and I think one for wheat?

Is it that you can buy them, and you can grow it?

But can you get the wi-fi island sunstone without wi-fi?
So I read about a tree island. Can you only plant trees there? If there is another island made for only one plant/crop/usage?

Isn't that one for IoH, not SI?

I think I asked too many questions...

1. No. Mushrooms are only on Mushroom Island

2. You have to go to Mushroom Island to choose your pig color, and you have to ship 100 mushrooms.

3. Dog: earn 500 animal farm degree points. Cat: spend 30,000 G at Mirabelle's shop. Horse: raise Mirabelle's friendship to almost 2 hearts.

4. First place in festivals is a wonderful; other places earn your shards. Chen does have certain ones for sale year-round in his shop, depending on your farm degree.

5. No. You can only plant trees on Fruit Island, but you can put lumber barriers around the trees to protect them from storms.

6. There is a Rice Island for rice, but you grow the other grains just on your farm or the greenhouse.

7. There is no wi-fi in the English version of Sunshine Islands.

8. You can only plant trees on Fruit Island. Everything else is on your Ranch Island or Greenhouse Island.

Now we're going to have to take a ferry to care for our trees and rice. *sigh* I know that you don't need to water rice, if it's the same as IoH

They're on the north of your farm, so you only need to build 4 bridges which gonna connect the farmland with the other islands
