I have to say for girls:
Anissa, Pheobie, and Renee. Great as friends, but I find them boring as potential mates, especially Anissa. Funny enough, Renee is the least boring one in the list. If I didn't like Matt so much, I may have married her.
For guys:

All the other guys are fair game, I've even changed my mind about Julius. Yes, feminine, but he has a 'bite" too him that's very intriguing.
