Mythic Stone

One of my friend ask me: "Is it true that you only can find Mythic Stone at floor 60 and Harvest Goddess Jewel floors?"
I don't know how to answer. From samurai goroh FAQs, you know that information (and I checked it already, it's true). But some FAQs say you can find Mythic Stone at floors below 60. That mean not only at Harvest Goddess Jewel floors.
When I check the walkthrough page of fogu, it's only say you can find Mythic Stone at floor 60, I think it's need upgrade information.
And I checked that you can get Mythic Stone at floors 250 and below. That mean "not only at Harvest Goddess Jewel floors".
Right now I don't play this game anymore, but when my friend ask me about Harvest Moon, I must answer. So what information is correct? Harvest Goddess Jewel floors and below 250 or below 60? I can't check this because I need play again from start and I don't have time to do that.
By the way, samurai goroh, I think you can Upgrade information for your faqs. That all rare mineral can find at floor below 250 (Pink Diamond, Alexandrite, Mythic Stone...)
