No, because I don't think they choose the rights, it's which company decides THEY want to localize it. Marvelous doesn't control that, but they still give them the rights.
Disgaea: Hour of Darkness was a game they localized. I don't remember if Princess Debut was one. I thought it was NIS.
I liked Princess Debut, as well, and I couldn't really tell anything wrong they did, but for some reason, they aren't the best with HM/RF games. They can go ahead and do other games, because the others seem fine(I even have some Hamtaro games from them that I enjoy), but I'd prefer if someone else took this series. That's just how I feel when it comes to that.

nah nah. i liked Priness Debut too...it's just some of the cheesy parts just...amused me. xD

I don't really care who localizes the game as long as they get it done in a reasonable amount of time and do a good job. Which probably means not natsume.
