I'm going to say, based on their HM64 incarnations... Anna, Sasha, and Lilia. They are just lovely, lovely ladies.

hmm~ i didn't think about 64 mothers.

i think i like lillia the best in there. :D manna is practically non-existent and seemingly depressed, anna only talks about the history of the village, it seems, sasha seems to have completely worn down from the poor fortune of the vineyard, her husband's alcoholism, and her daughter's rebelliousness, and everyone else is dead. lillia is the only one with a cheerful personality. plus, it's cute how she's always both pining for and frustrated at basil while he's gone for half the year. <3

It's a tie between Sasha and Lillia.

I like Lillia in MT a bit more, since she's a single mom and has a bigger role than in 64.

Same with Sasha, although I felt so bad for her in 64...she was always so depressed. Although her face image was better-looking than her MT one, in my opinion.

Also, she had my favorite line in MT: (To Jeff) "See? There is a reason you are my husband!"
