Eh, getting the sprites was a pain in the « Mr.Gourmet's hat » at first, but after I discovered the internet it was fairly easy.
Wind Bazaar might almost be too easy for me...I probably won't bother getting it.

IoH becomes pretty easy to rack up cash after you rack up tons of wonderful stones. After year 2 or so you should have more than 50 stones making crop growing a BREEZE. Stretch out your water can range, BOOM, easy.

oh,all of harvestmoon games are challanging

A(n)WL is too easy, but its cute and very involved. (To me)
STH is hardest to me. Theres too much to do and so little time, then you have to do it again 9 times.

For me, I think MM was the easiest. I married Joe by the 19th of Summer (Year 1, mind you) just by purchasing corn from the Spring Farm and giving it to him. Plus, finding the musical notes was waaaaaay easier than finding the Harvest Sprites.

Hardest HM? Probably IoH. I don't wanna count the number of sun and water points just so my turnips will grow. >.<

I actually found FoMT to be very easy. Once you get used to the actual game play, it's a breeze. if anything, DS is hard because of the sheer amount of things that can be done if you want to complete all the game's goals. End of the fourth mine! 101 sprites! XD Horrible, game busting, glitches!

Not necessarily the most difficult game, but not the easiest.
Other easy games were ToT and AWL. AnWL was a bit more challenging. XD
