Wow I just realized something I already know in the right pics are blacksmiths and I think the left ones are inns.
also it doesn't seem like the two villages are mirrored, nice!!!

Apparently you can change clothes, too, unless they're beta screenies because the female hero is wearing blue i na lot of screenshots and Kamil wears what looks like Pete form AWL's clothes, but sitll his purple hat.

I also spotted an old lady and... someone else.

I think the female main character changes clothes depending on the village you choose. All the picture of her in Konohana are with the headband, while the one of Bluebell (well, I think it's Bluebell, since Ash is next to her and his description says he lives in the European village) is with the....other thing she has on the head. Like on her artwork.
I wonder if the male main character changes clothes too ?
