Cabbage, pineapples, and sweet potatoes are the best in their season. Sweet potatoes are the best overall. >10000G per 3x3 square per season IIRC. Make sure you get tons of these and have the harvest sprites help.

You could spend time in the mines for extra money, but that's not really a get rich quick scheme.

I would recommend fishing for pirate's treasure and fish fossils but you probably don't have a cursed rod yet, so yeah.

During the shooting star event, you can choose to double profits for a day, if you've saved up 100,000g worth of stuff, when you ship it, you get double, 200,000g.

Except that it happens once every 5 years.

You need to make sure you remember about it, i missed the first one in year 5 because i forgot all about it.
