I hate those owl's eyes though, I'm disappointed. Owls do not have eyebrows nor can they squint. They have to have a OvO face all the time or they just aren't cute. Well, there's something wrong with it. Can't say I like the pose either, it's not cute. I say this and I « Snuggly Bunny » love owls.

Is it me, or are the wings a tad to small for that round body?

That's what I was saying, I said the salute pose looked really stupid and not cute

The owls should be there to go "SKREEEE!" and sway back and forth when they think they see an airborne intruder. Unless the map is really huge, I don't see the advantage of them flying you around.

I suppose they do a little, especially in terms of clothing and stuff, but for the most part the VILLAGE itself is very, very Japanese inspired.

The new guy they revealed, Kilik, Kiriku, whatever, looks pretty good. I don't really go for "macho" types but he looks like he's probably a pretty nice guy. I was *almost* expecting the worst since sometiems the "macho" type can be easily over done but so far I'm pleasantly surprised. Can't wait for other character designs though. I'm loving the art for this game.

The Owl is adorable, nevermind strange proportions, aren't ALL Harvest Moon animals drawn out of proportion in most games anyway?

I can't say I'm moved by the new bachelor. He's cool I guess but not really my type. But I'll just wait and see. If there's an awesome bachelor that trumps Raspberry, then I'll be playing as a girl. But given this is helmed by Yosuhiro Wada, you know the girls are going to be far more interesting than the guys. His games always have a derth of appealing bishounens.
