There's not much difference between bulletin board quests and mailbox ones, except you can only do one a day from each (and the monster village owl).
All right, so this is annoying me.
DON'T BE VAGUE WHEN ASKING HELP FOR QUESTS.

Please.....
This is exactly what I mean. Adding ellipses to sound pleading is all very well and good, but there is NO WAY we can help you if you're so vague.
Self-help time. I'll assume that for some reason or the other, one is unable or unwilling to download Crazy DAC's translation guide, so:
1. Search the forums. There is a search function, learn to use it; you can easily narrow down the search area and terms with some rudimentary understanding.
2. Try to figure it out yourself. A lot of the time, the quests simply involve taking note of the words highlighted in blue, searching for the corresponding item in the shipping box list, figuring out what the item is and handing it over. There's also a chance it's a "talk to someone" quest; memorising the names of the villagers in Japanese and being able to pick them out can give you a hint as to what to do, or failing that, talk to everyone.
Of course, that doesn't always work, so...
3. After you've tried everything you can think of and nothing works, then post in the correct topic (this one or the quest help thread) regarding whatever help you need. This is not just to reduce clutter on the forums, but also so that other people can read the answer to your request for help and figure it out themselves. Point one wouldn't be needed if all the information was in here.
4. Be clear in what you're asking help for. Don't say "I need help with a quest", "Can someone tell me so and so's quests" or so forth. Be clear, and to be more specific, state:
-The name of the person who gave you quest, whether it was board, mailbox or owl, and if you can remember, which number it was.
-In as much detail as possible, what happened. Who spoke to who, did their character portraits look angry, happy, sad, etc, etc, did they run off somewhere
-If you can, provide a screenshot as a *lot* of people have been doing. That is probably the best.
-There is help available on the Japanese wiki under "依頼". Of course, you don't understand Japanese in the first place, but you can identify the quest you are doing by the matching the words on the board/owl/mailbox with your own, copying the help text, and bringing it back here for someone to translate.
5. Please don't spam in multiple topics. People need time to respond to you.
Seriously, try and help yourself even as you ask others to help you.
