help me please

Hey i got a really big and anoying problem.

When i put stacks of stuff in my bag, like three earrings og something, i cant seem til really get them to separate again, how do i do that?
It's really anoying that i ends up giving three earrings away, when i could have used the two others for gifts.
On the other hand, i need my space for other stuff in the bag.

I have gotten them to separate a couple of times, by just pressing on them, but it just seems to happen randomly.....and i just cant figure out why?

So please help me, how do you get them to separate?
