Sorry to double-post, but I just downloaded the game and need some help.

How do you manage to NOT run out of money within the first month!? And she automatically turned rebellious and got sick, too. Help please?

It's hard. The first few times you will probably be in negative money, and relying on jobs to up her skills (even if you don't get paid the jobs still up the skills). What I ended up doing to NOT run out of money is have her do housework, then work at the restaurant once her cooking is up. Or at the farm. Then once I waasn't in negative money it was about 2-3 farm cycles for one class. With adventuring and winning tournaments though you get a lot more money.

Sometime she'll have to do poorly at jobs 2-3 times for her to be good, I think. But others, I can NEVER get her to be good at, like at the Inn.. She always flops it, even if she'd been doing nothing but housework prior. XD

There also is a cheat to unlock some "cheat shops", one of which gives you free money if you want it. I actually ended up turning that on myself after I'd gotten the stupid housewife ending several times. XD

Oh, okay. Thanks a ton!

. . . Cheat shops? Give me money? :D Tell me!

Edit: I looked online, and it told me to hold down [F12], R, N, and Q in the town. It totally won't work. D:

The bottom of this page tells you how to set it up:

http://princessmaker.maison-otaku.net/secret.htm

So open Notepad and tell it to Open the file pm2.cnf. (Make sure the Files of type is set to all files or it won't see it.)

I didn't want her to become a warrior, so I never trained her or sent her out adventuring. It seems that the game railroads you into that, though.

I have a question myself:It seems that there are things that depend on her sensitivity. However, a high sensitivity makes her run away. Is there any way to have a high sensitivity without her taking off every other month?

Actually a lot of the "home" jobs require her to have a fighter/magical rep, but it won't mean you are a fighter overall.

You know I'm not sure, but I believe in the English PM2 they change her "sexy" attribute to "charisma," because in some guides they speak of a sexy attribute, but I only needed charisma to pass the part.

You know I'm not sure. I think she is less likely to run away if you give her money when she goes out, talk to her every day, and make sure she does work/school and free time (I thought if she had all free time she'd behave but she kept running away still but it's hard to find a good balance).

Also I found out it seems like she/Cube are happier if you END with 0 stress. So if you do even stress/work over 2 months, it seems like a work, work, rest month would be better than a work, rest, work month. But this is just my theory.

I love that game.
I'm playing Princess Maker 5 for psp, right now. Luckily, I understand Korean and Princess Maker wiki helps if I'm confused on few things.

It's soo neat that I can be a mother instead of being a dad all the time. & you can watch your daughter doing random stuff in her room which tells you what she likes to do (i.e. like dancing around the room = likes dancing classes). The game goes pretty long though, since you plan it day by day during that week (previous Princess Maker games, you plan on monthly basis). And she's only 13 years old right now.

Oooooh. Looks like I have another reason to want a PSP. Two portable Pms yay! Plus I believe 5 is set in the modern world, so I'm excited. The girl is soooo cute.

Ehhh, I'm still wishing for more English ones. Oh well, gives me more incentive to practice Japanese. But really, it's great that you know one of the languages it's in. Lucky break eh? I don't think all the games were routinely translated into Chinese and/or Korean for each one, so it's good that you got one you know.

I really want a PSP now, even if the game is so slow. :D

GAAAH D:

I'm playing PM4 on the DS and I can't find guides anywhere on how to get the endings with Christina, Rize, Marie, and Karen.

They all just say
PM4 site wrote:Pick one girl, and have your daughter talk with her as often as she can when she is roaming around town. Also have your daughter avoid all the major males
But I don't always know WHERE the girls are D: They switch places now and then. Especially Karen.

Does anyone have any advice?
