Rice Paddy fild???

I have absolutely no idea what you're asking, as 'fild' is not a word. Even if you mean 'filled' it's still not making any sense on my side.

And yes. Freyashawk explains a little bit about it in her blog. You need to get Rice Island in order to gain access to the rice paddies.
