Ahh yeah, I only take him on walks or ask him to work on Sundays when he doesn't leave until later. I feel bad if he doesn't get to read his books. X3 He looks so cute sitting at his desk reading...

Wait, when you marry him, he goes back to his old house? How come he's always in my house? Is he supposed to head back over to his old house?
Also its not so back that I'm allergic to cat, I don't much care for them. I'm a big dog fan.
=O Dogs are nice, but you should really try getting to know cats... They're great... <3

That would be... nice... except for the fact that I'm still sorta allergic to cats. as in I sneeze a lot a lot a lot when I'm in the same room as a cat...
Can't really get to know cats without sneezing my brains out.

Aww that's a shame. Cats really are great, it's a shame you can't really get to know them...but that's just the way things go I guess.

=x Of course, you can prefer dogs..
=O You can find a hypoallergenic cat... Though, none really exist, there are still cats that people who have allergies will strangely not react to them..
=P You can also take allergy pills and there are ways to work on coexisting with cats. I know several people who are allergic to cats, but they still own them.
=3 Dogs are nice, but I prefer cats because they don't require as much attention. Cats know how to amuse themselves... My dog doesn't know how to play by herself, so she sleeps most of the time..

Most of those cats that people are less likely to react to are sorta ugly cats. You know, the ones that are skinny furless... things... ya ew.
And also I take enough pills for health reasons anyway such as thyroid meds.. There is no need for MORE.
And also (AGAIN), I LOVE dogs. Mainly because I love to give them their attention. Also, most spade and neutered dogs are sweet little things. Like if you train a dog right, they are just sugar cubes they are so sweet. My dog is a sweety baby. He likes to play and he likes to lie down on the rug while I pet his tummy-wummy.
The way I see it having a pet is like having a boyfriend(/girlfriend. I'm assuming everyone here is a girl though.)
If you get a dog like I have, its like having that boyfriend that will ALWAYS bring you a gift of chocolate and teddy bears. And in return, you kiss them and hug them and tell them you love them everyday <3 Thats my relationship with my boyfriend. And I love that man. <3
If you get a cat, you both love each other, but you also have your space. There is respect and love, but if one of your goes into the "I wub you wub wub wub~ <3" the other will be very confused as to were that came from.
There, now drop this, I like dogs. And I don't plan to own cats.

=P Cool.. Well, there are actually furry cats that have shown to give a hypoallergenic reaction.. it's because they create less of that cat spit that they lick into their coats to help prevent ticks. As for the furless cats; everyone has their own taste. <3
And, actually, cats can be very affectionate. Cats just socialize differently than dogs. They're lone hunters while dogs tend to hunt in packs, that's why. Cats are more use to routine; so if you don't gives lots of pets and cuddles often, it'll feel awkward to them if you try to hug them. But you can change that if you just start doing it daily, they'll start to adjust to the new routine. Even if you don't poor out love by cuddling, cats are still quite affectionate.
There's an interesting method of taming a feral cat, it's called the scoop and cuddle. You'll want to use a towel to protect yourself while doing this because the feral will not be use to human contact (and it has claws). xD The cat will be freaked out with what you're doing because it's not use to it. But after repeatingly doing this for many days, the cat will get what's going on and eventually start to purr. This method speeds up the cat's trust with you than the regular way where you let the feral cat have its space (which can take for years).
Anyway, you can like dogs. I'm not saying you can't... I just... have this need to go on a mission to promote the joys of cats! xD LOL!

Well, I've never seen a cat that takes a liking to affection. Last time I gave one affection before I realized I was allergic, I ended up with 4 large scars going down my chest that lasted for a good 5 years.
