Hmm. For one thing, I needed a LOT of buffamoos, so... Here are all the names of my buffamoos:

What can I say? I guess naming wasn't that fun anymore =P

I get crazy with it so I close my eyes and pick some random letters ^^ I once got a cow with the name of IQ

I named them after letters.

going from A to Z
Then when I ran out I went though the German alphabet
Ah, Bay, Cay, Day etc.

/naming gets boring after a while

I left them eith their defult name because they were funny XD Ushi... Did name my other Moocow 'Fogu' though >P

Well I have only played RF1, and my monsters had quite lame names. like 'cow' and 'honey' :\

Ahahahhaa. Those are great. I'm glad I'm not the only one who is having naming trouble.

But I for one have to have names. So last night I found the old Seventh Sanctum name generators and had it whip up a batch, and anything that fit I'm using. XD

So far I've just gotten cow names but they are:
Arnt
Varo
Luro
and of course I had to name one Ushi.
I'm also naming a chicken however much of Cuckoo I can fit, ya know, Zelda homage there. Plus cuckoo clocks are awesome.
I couldn't think of anything homage worthy for a woolie tho, so they all get random names.
Wolf with either be Kujo (lol, akuz that's great!) or Okami/Ammy (love that game).

I named some of my Woolies in RFF after Mais from RF3 =P (One is called Mais and another is called Corn)

My wooly is named "Baba".
My buffamoo is named "Gogi" (meat in Korean) < <;;

In RFF one of the default Buffamoo names is 'Momo' which is japanese for peach. Using that I named all of my later cows japanese fruit names. Ichigo (strawberry), Ringo (apple), Uri (melon), and Kinomi (berry). That's pretty much it for having any kind of theme for naming, though.

My chickens are usually named after methods of cooking and eating. Soup, Fry, King (after Chicken a la King) etc...

My Woolies are named after the Mareep, Flaffy, Amphi pokemon.

After that it's pretty much just whatever sounds best.. sometimes named after anime or something like that.

In RF1 I name them the first word that pops into my head.

I once named a wooly, Chip. Because my mum made chip butties for dinner.

The only default name I have, is if I get a wolf from Toros Cave. I name it Link, because Twilight Princess is my fave Zelda game.

I don't really care about the names...
